sessions. Others like Lowe's CLICKBOT are providing virtual shopping assistance
through video chat. Customers can point cameras to items they want to learn
about. CLICKBOT then scans its database to provide details, recommendations,
and even virtual reality previews. This blending of physical and virtual
experiences through robotics creates exciting new possibilities for retailers.
